Biography of Paul Groes
Director Utility Markets, ICE Endex

Paul has been working at ICE on the utility markets for almost 15 years and has in that time been responsible for various markets, regions and clients.

Since a couple of years, Paul is also responsible for all global coal markets listed on ICE. Prior to ICE, he has been working at both Dutch and Danish utilities, primarily on the power and gas wholesale markets when those markets started to liberalize within the Netherlands and EU.

His normal base of operations is the ICE Endex office in Amsterdam, but he is frequently travelling (mostly throughout Europe) to meet with clients, stakeholders as well as the colleagues in the other ICE offices.
